The operation

    Not a fit

    Named accounts

    Beta and promo

For the go to market slot.

    • Participant gives feedback plus a reference or case study

    Back Office Optimizer

    • 50% off year one on a multi-year, or 10% off a one year
    • Early adopter seat pricing held low through beta, revisited once value is validated
    • New logos with no MSA, and a fit against the BOO ICP

    Back Office suite bundle

New · not on the product pages yet
    • An additional 10% when Back Office and UPT are bought together
    Two I need from you

The 12/31/2025 line on new logo eligibility. Either that should say 2026 now, or it means new logos who already bought two CCA solutions before that date. I've assumed the second.

Does the bundle 10% stack on the beta discount. I've assumed it's against standard pricing and doesn't stack. Stacked it's 60% off year one on a multi-year.

    What I decided

Easy to change any of these.

Five tabs on Queue OptimizerTelecom is in the QO ICP, so it gets its own tab.
Retail sits inside the BPO tabHome Depot has no penalty queues, so retail is the no-penalty version in that tab instead of getting its own.
Same 200 floor as your back office tabsSo both read the same way. The QO sweet spot sits once under the tab row instead of on every tab.
Same weights on every QO tab92 / 88 / 72 / 58. Banking and retail champions at 66, neither has a penalty seat.
QO gatekeeper at 58, not 42That seat owns the ACD integration.
Two label swaps on back officeChampion is per industry now, Quality / Stars only works for healthcare. And IT Security is the claims or platform owner in every one of these accounts, so I used that. Weights untouched.
Telecom and utilities addedRounds it out to the six industries. Both were already sourced from the Mary Ann work.
IB badge on every nodeAlmost all of these are existing customers. Point32Health is the only new one.
Avaya, not CiscoThe QO ICP tech stack card says Genesys, Cisco, Five9, Amazon Connect. Only place on the site it's wrong.

Pulled 6 August off the accounts on the ICP evidence tables, plus the Stars list for the healthcare champion. No email credits spent. Titles were last refreshed between mid-June and 5 August, so screenshot each profile as you build the cards and you'll catch anyone who moved. The RBC voice platforms director shows as "Gord M." on LinkedIn, so grab his full name off the profile. Everyone here is at a current customer except Point32Health. Queue counts, agent counts and penalty percentages stay internal, and there are no ROI or utilization numbers on this page.
